There are a great many options for changing up the color of your rims.  This is the most inexpensive option, Plasti-Dip.  There are many plasti-dip jobs out there by people who want to do it themselves and they can come out rather "fuzzy."  With the know-how and time, we can make them look very smooth and clean.
