This was the product of 2017's collaboration between Orafol, Will Castro and Incognito Wraps.  We worked Orafol's booth again this year and Will Castro released 4 new colors to premier at SEMA.  Last year went so well that everyone involved was ready to dive back in this year.  This color, Luscious Lips, is so deep that it looks like a very extravagant paint job.
